About Sigmund Chianasta
Hello! I'm Sigmund, a student at the National University of Singapore studying Computer Graphics and Games. Other than coding, my daily activities include drawing and playing RPGs.

As children, I and my friends' desire to play more video games in school lead to us creating our own Tabletop RPG system. The game ended up being similar to the more widely-known Dungeons & Dragons, though not balanced in any way possible. Even so, we had lots of fun gathering together after class and rolling dice to fight the day's evil villain.

The game had indirectly led me to the career of game development. At one point I was considering to pursue an engineering career, but I ultimately ended up pursuing a Computer Science degree. Conveniently, NUS provides the opportunity to learn Computer Graphics and Games in addition to its regular curriculum.

Throughout high school, I messed around with GameMaker and created my first "game"- a very stripped-down turn-based RPG akin to Final Fantasy. Now, I'm using Unity and Unreal Engine 4 to work with my groupmates for my class projects, and some small personal projects.

I still dream to take part in the perfect game, one that I would play for hours on end.
